Change at the top of CTM, the public transport company of the metropolitan area of Cagliari: Fabrizio Rodin has been appointed new president of the Board of Directors. His name was chosen by the shareholders' meeting, composed of the Municipalities of Cagliari, Quartu and the Metropolitan City of Cagliari.

Rodin, 48, is a cassation lawyer with a notable political past: former city councilor of Cagliari from 2011 to 2019 and former deputy mayor of the Metropolitan City, he will now lead the CTM for the next three years, taking over from Carlo Arba.

In the next few days he will convene the Board of Directors to officially start his mandate. Also joining him on the Board are: Emanuela Murru, councilor, designated by the Municipality of Cagliari. Daniela Sacco, councilor, designated by the Municipality of Cagliari.

Massimo Lai, councilor, designated by the Metropolitan City and Franco Turco, councilor, designated by the Municipality of Quartu. The statutory auditor is Marco Racugno.

CTM manages approximately 30 public transport lines that connect various municipalities in the metropolitan area of Cagliari and each year its vehicles travel over 12 million kilometres.
