Seven uninsured vehicles, two of which have already been impounded, and as many drivers fined. Of these, two were without a license and therefore more troubles were added to the troubles.

It is the balance of a single day of checks carried out in Cagliari by the municipal police, which therefore caused the sanctions to be dropped.

But the Command underlines how "the phenomenon of driving without a license is increasingly emerging, two of these drivers did not have a driving license because it was previously revoked by the Prefecture".
The Command also adds: "Considering the serious social danger of this phenomenon which consequently leads such drivers to evade road checks by running away, creating a serious danger to road users, especially pedestrians, the checks will be further intensified in the coming days in the main road access arteries to the city".
