He had just received a complaint, at liberty, for the alleged crime of theft inside a car parked near via Giolitti. But, despite this, a few hours later he tried again in Piazza Repubblica in Cagliari. It didn't go well for a forty-six year old, homeless: he was discovered by the police and arrested.

The events occurred at night, in the center of Cagliari. A team of the Flying Squad spotted the thief while he was operating inside a parked car. And the officers did not take long to recognize him, given the complaint dating back only a few hours before . Immediately intervened, they found him in possession of various objects: the display of a car radio, several battery chargers, a power bank and other personal effects, which he had tried to hide inside his clothes.

The arrest in flagrante delicto was inevitable and immediate, for the hypothesis of the crime of aggravated theft. The forty-six year old was already known for his specific precedents and had against him a provision - in progress - of the preventive measure of the mandatory expulsion order, with a ban on returning to the municipality of Cagliari. The investigating judge validated the arrest, with the thief who is now in prison in Uta .
