Precarious hygienic-sanitary conditions, incorrect implementation of self-control procedures, omitted traceability of fish products. These are the most frequent violations, relating to the food sector, ascertained by the Carabinieri of the Antisophistication Unit of Cagliari as part of the checks carried out in the first 4 months of the year in the provinces of Cagliari, Oristano and South Sardinia.

Overall, 830 inspections were carried out in food companies and social and health facilities, 113 "non-conformities" ascertained with administrative sanctions for an amount of 86,000 euros, 7 people reported to the judicial authorities for violations of a criminal nature and 77 those reported to the administrative and health authorities. And again: 2 closures of food businesses, 1 housing community evacuated due to lack of authorization requirements, 16 packages of drugs seized because they have expired, 32 kg of fish products seized due to lack of traceability.

In the checks carried out in public and private health facilities, the major irregularities found are related to the issue of irregular certificates of exemption from the vaccine for covid-19, to laboratories and / or pharmacies not authorized to carry out antigenic swabs for covid-19, to personnel health without compulsory vaccination.
