He had transformed an area of the regional state property, on the slopes of the Sella del Diavolo near the Marina Piccola car parks in Cagliari, into an illegal landfill, without cleaning it up even after numerous warnings. And among the waste he also kept some pets, plus a goat.

For this reason the Forestry Corps personnel have now seized the area.

The person responsible, who had illegally occupied the area both to live there and to keep pets and livestock, was also reported for occupation of public land. He risks a fine of 27 thousand euros and will have the obligation to clean up the area.
