Cabras, no breach: the two presidents of Pontis and Sa Mardini acquitted

Acquitted by the preliminary hearing judge of the Court of Oristano, who declared there was no case to answer, the fact does not exist.

Giuliano Cossu and Giuseppe Manca, respectively presidents of the Pontis Consortium and of Peschiera Sa Mardini , have left the investigation that began a few years ago.

Cossu and Manca were accused of failure to fulfill the contract that specifically provided for the passage also in the fishpond and in the consortium. The Prosecutor's Office insisted, asking the preliminary hearing judge Salvatore Carboni again today to commit the case to trial. At the end of the preliminary hearing, however, the judge ordered no case to be brought.
