A motorcycle ride to the sea near San Giovanni di Sinis. On the way home, however, something went wrong: a 19-year-old from Santa Giusta lost control of his Yamaha and went off the road. The young man is currently hospitalized at San Martino Hospital in Oristano. He has suffered various injuries, but initial assessments suggest his life is not in danger.

The accident occurred in the early afternoon: the boy was heading towards Cabras and lost control of his motorbike along Provincial Road 1, at the junction for the hamlet of Funtana Meiga.

A violent fall left the boy immobile on the asphalt, and passing motorists immediately called for help. Initially, his condition appeared very serious, so much so that the 118 emergency workers who arrived on the scene requested emergency medical assistance. After further investigation, the decision was made to hospitalize him at the San Martino Hospital in Oristano. Initial findings suggest the boy has suffered various injuries and fractures, but his life is not in danger.

The traffic police officers, coordinated by Commander Roberto Piredda, intervened on the provincial road and carried out surveys of the accident.
