Massive seizure of untraceable seafood at two restaurants in Cabras . Yesterday morning, August 28, the Oristano Port Authority - Coast Guard, during an inspection of the fishing industry, discovered 157 kilograms of fish and shellfish stored without the required documentation inside a restaurant.

The product—amberjack, octopus, cuttlefish, and red mullet fillets—was stored in clear bags inside a freezer. The restaurant owner was fined €1,500, while the entire quantity was seized.

The operation follows a similar one carried out in recent days, also in Cabras, where 18 kilos of cuttlefish without certification of origin were found and seized.
