Breakfast at the bar in Villasimius after disembarkation: «They left us here, the boat left»
16 people arrived between yesterday evening and this morning, including in Pula: all transferred to the center of Monastir
New landings of migrants in Southern Sardinia, 16 migrants landed between Villasimius and Pula between last night and this morning.
Eight, seven men and one woman, were tracked down yesterday on provincial road 71 in Pula: they had landed shortly before in Chia, but the carabinieri were unable to recover the boat.
Six others, all Tunisians, were found this morning in a bar in Villasimius while they were having breakfast: "A boat left us on the beach and left again, moving away from the coast", they told the military. But shortly afterwards the police found the boat used, abandoned on the beach of Santa Caterina. And also tracked down, again in Villasimius, two other Tunisians.
The 16 migrants, all in good health, were transferred to the Monastir reception centre.
