Bosa, works near the Temo: the seals are on

The local police, late Friday morning, sealed off an area located next to the new bridge over the Temo in Bosa. It is a two thousand square meter plot of land belonging to the company Slf Costruzioni Nautiche.

The hypothesis is that building and urban planning regulations have been violated as well as a series of landscape constraints, but the final word belongs to the judiciary which will decide on any developments in the next few hours (it could also order the immediate release of the seizure of the area).

In recent days, several interventions have been carried out in the area, which the company purchased from the Municipality years ago. According to initial findings, the land was leveled to create a work surface useful for launching boats. And these movements in the lot, which is located near the new bridge over the Temo, would have been enough to trigger a report to the municipal police.

Immediately checks were carried out and shortly after the entire area was seized. And so the activities of the company Slf Costruzioni stopped on the land, which, assisted by the lawyer Alessandro Campus, is awaiting the decisions of the prosecutor's office, which must pronounce on the measure within 48 hours.
