Big fire in the Marghine, dozens of agricultural fields threatened: three Canadair and two helicopters on site

Since this afternoon a large fire has been affecting the countryside between Dualchi and Noragugume .

The difficult extinguishing phases are underway, with teams on the ground, volunteers, three Canadair and two helicopters of the Forestry Corps, including the Super Puma , which arrived from the Fenosu base together with the Gauf operators. Also on site were the ground staff of the Forestry Corps, two teams from the Forestas Agency of Bolotana and Macomer, and volunteers from the TIRSO Civil Protection of Ottana.

Several hectares of fire, in an area full of cork oak trees, around dozens of farms .

The flames are visible from several kilometers away, advancing fueled by the strong mistral .
