Attempted robbery in a bar in Bassacutena: stop the three criminals

The three men held responsible for the attempted robbery of a bar in Bassacutena were arrested.

The blow had occurred in the night between Sunday and Monday . The owner, alerted by the local alarm, had taken to the street with a shotgun. At the sight of one of the bandits armed with a crowbar, who according to the bartender had threatened him, a shot had gone off with the criminal wounded in the leg and transported to the hospital. The other two accomplices had managed to escape.

The investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of Tempio Pausania, made it possible to trace the two fugitives , subjected to arrest for the crime of improper robbery in competition.

The three bandits are all of Romanian nationality : two were taken to prison in Bancali while the third is under house arrest.

The weapon used by the bartender , a 69-year-old local , was seized and the man was reported in a state of freedom to the judicial authorities.

Further investigations are underway to clarify the dynamics of the facts.
