"Stay still otherwise I'll kill you ": this is the phrase that Amine Khessimi is said to have uttered while immobilizing the boyfriend of the girl who was about to be raped in Arzachena. It's all written in the indictment which "photographs" the episode that occurred on the evening of October 21st in a parallel street on the central Via Aldo Moro .

The accusations of the public prosecutor Alessandro Bosco are also very serious for Mohamedymen Dkhili, 31 years old , compatriot and friend of Khessimi. Dkhili allegedly blocked the girl (alleged victim of the attempted rape), trying to unbutton her trousers. He then lowered his jeans and briefs, showing her his genitals.

According to the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, if the violence did not reach extreme consequences it is because the victim threw the attacker to the ground and ran away . The two arrested people apparently acted despite the screams of the girl who rebelled against the violence and asked for help .

Everything would have happened in a very central area of Arzachena. The two arrested Tunisians will be heard by the investigating judge Caterina Interlandi, assisted by the defenders, Giuseppe Corda and Mauro Muzzu. The alleged victims have appointed lawyers Antonello Desini and Daniela Peru as lawyers.

And in Arzachena the story causes discussion. Here comes the position taken by city councilor Rino Cudoni, also on behalf of his colleagues Fabio Fresi and Francesca Pileri . Cudoni says: «The country is deeply shaken, the problem is that there is an escalation of crimes against the person and in Arzachena there is no adequate presence of the State . The episodes were different, I also remember a femicide (victim was a woman, mother of three children) and other very serious events. We are the second city of Gallura and we have the Police Station housed in a hostel . We no longer talk about the Carabinieri Lieutenant and we do not have a permanent commander of the Local Police. Do we want to protect our territory like this? Arzachena always deserves attention and answers, not just when hundreds of thousands of people arrive here in the summer. The latest incident is very serious and we cannot wait any longer for the State's responses."
