A scholarship of 13,500 euros to attend courses at Alma - International school of Italian cuisine.

The first winner is Marta Diturco, 18, from Arzachena, who was awarded the Anna Maria Casali prize as the most deserving of the newly graduated students of the Cooking and Pastry courses at the Arzachena Professional Hotel Institute.

The winner was proclaimed after the meeting of the commission chaired by the head teacher Antonello Pannella, among the jurors Luca Quilichini, son of Anna Maria Casali and also a tourist entrepreneur. Marta Diturco received a check for 13,500 euros to be used for enrollment in the International School of Italian Cuisine, an important training center based in the Reggia di Colorno, on the outskirts of Parma.

The scholarship was established by the will of Anna Maria Casali, a tourist operator from Romagna who met her husband and entrepreneurial success in Sardinia with the foundation of various businesses managed in Gallura, one for all the Aquadream of Baja Sardinia.
When Anna Maria Casali died a few months ago, it was her children Luca and Alessandra who took charge of her mother's wish, initiating contacts with Alma and Ipsar of Arzachena, so that that project could come true. For Marta, therefore, the doors of the School of Colorno open, directed from 2004 to 2017 by one of the greatest signatures of all time in Italian cuisine, Gualtiero Marchesi.
