The construction site for six ultra-luxury, yet illegal, villas with swimming pools has been seized by the Olbia Forestry Police in Li Liccioli, a short distance from the Pevero golf course in the Arzachena area.

According to the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office, which sealed the case, the works were underway after demolition, in an area subject to landscape restrictions. The alleged violations concern non-compliance with urban planning regulations, the issuing of unlawful permits without the mandatory variation procedure, and the lack of the legal requirements for applying the exemption.

In La Maddalena, the island's forestry station carried out the preventive seizure of a structure used for docking boats at Punta Nera.

The structure had been built and authorized over time, in total violation of landscape protection and urban planning regulations, through systematic improper use of simplified permits, despite numerous environmental constraints.
