The Municipality of Arzachena exempts from the payment of the single patrimonial fee for the use of public land, for the calendar year 2023, commercial activities in a fixed location of a permanent nature present in the historic center which guarantee the opening of the activity for the whole 'year.

A clear political choice then. This was established with its own resolution by the Giunta on the recommendation of the Municipal Council. The purpose of the measure is to revitalize and enhance the historic centre, also by favoring active activities, and perhaps even increase them, in particular by favoring those of a fixed and continuous nature, open throughout the year, even in winter.

For the Ragnedda Administration «the exemption from payment of the fee for the occupation of public land is configured as an instrument suitable for this purpose as it relieves the operator of a cost for the exercise of the activity which can be reinvested for improve the aesthetic quality of the premises in which the activity takes place in order to make the historic center of Arzachena more welcoming and attractive". Interested parties must submit the relevant application indicating the square meters. to be used with attached planimetry and relative photographic simulation.
