They had been arrested in flagrante delicto by the Carabinieri of Bortigali because they were considered responsible for a marijuana cultivation but today in the early afternoon they were released.

Judge Cristiana Argiolas of the Oristano court did not validate the arrest. The 4 young people from Bortigali, Orani, Orgosolo and Silanus had been stopped by the military during a check and had aroused the suspicions of the Carabinieri who made further investigations: at that point they discovered a plantation with 800 plants in place and 1700 drying.

The four remain under investigation.
