Armed bandits attack a van loaded with cigarettes in Buddusò

Bandits in action in Buddusò. The criminals targeted a van carrying cigarettes perhaps in Gallura.

The episode took place in the center of Buddusò around 10: two armed robbers blocked the vehicle and forced the driver to get out.

They would then have driven away in the van and, a few kilometers later, they would have transferred the cartons of cigarettes into a car. The two bandits, perhaps armed with rifles, would not have fired. The carabinieri of the Ozieri company are investigating the case.

We also need to understand how much the "hit" will yield to the criminals. In fact, it is not the first time that cigarette vans with substantial loads have been attacked in the north of the island: in Olbia, recently, a similar robbery earned the robbers half a million euros.
