The State Police has ordered the suspension of the license and consequent closure, for a period of 15 days, of a public establishment located in the municipality of Arzachena.
The measure was adopted by the Police Commissioner pursuant to Article 100 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety, following a series of serious incidents that occurred between January and July, which highlighted a situation of "concrete and present danger to public order and safety."
Specifically, following numerous interventions by the Porto Cervo Police Station's patrol cars, it emerged that the venue was a regular meeting place for "individuals with criminal and police records, as well as proven dangerous individuals, as demonstrated by recent incidents, including assaults, one of which involved the use of a knife. A repeat of such incidents could result in the revocation of the manager's license."
