Lots of people came to taste the community's dishes. Arborea successfully celebrated the twentieth anniversary of the Ethnic Festival and the 28th anniversary of the Watermelon Festival, an event that in Piazza Maria Ausiliatrice brought together thousands of visitors welcomed in the equipped spaces set up by the Pro Loco.

The association led by Paolo Sanneris hits a new target: many tourists and others have appreciated the traditional gastronomic event that offers the public some of the dishes of the Regions of Italy.

"A positive result despite the concomitant holding of other events - said the president of the Pro Loco -. Arborea intends to maintain its distinctive trait, it wants to be a community that brings and expresses different cultures and traditions".

For the Ethnic Festival, everything and more was proposed: fregola for Sardinia for example, then tripe from Veneto, porchetta for Lazio, fried chicken for Friuli and potato gnocchi for Romagna. Fruit was not lacking. The evening was accompanied by the Watermelon Festival, and then the Seadas event under the stars and the beer and cocktail festival.
