The police officers of the anti-crime division of the Rome Police Headquarters are carrying out a seizure aimed at confiscation issued pursuant to anti-mafia regulations in Santa Teresa di Gallura and in the capital, in the Infernetto area.

The provision, the agents say, «concerns assets with a total value of over five million euros attributable to an entrepreneur already active in the construction sector and now operating, through nominee family members, in the restaurant, real estate and resale sectors. of luxury vehicles".

This is Davide Maria Boncompagni, involved in two operations in 2015 by the prosecutors of Reggio Calabria and Rome which involved the 'ndrine Alvaro, Brandimarte, Pesce and Bellocco. The investigators have ascertained that Boncompagni favored the absconding of a member of the Alvaro gang by hosting him in his home.

«The Court - explains a note - fully accepted the investigative and economic-patrimonial analysis, believing that the overall actions of the suspect, with the aiding and abetting of a member of the 'ndrina Alvaro, the participation in the importation of a large load of cocaine on its behalf, the organization of the meeting with the traffickers which should have been held at the construction site attributable to him, was functional to the interests of the criminal structure and, therefore, considered it socially dangerous".

The police proceeded with the seizure of four joint-stock companies and related business complexes operating in Ostia in the catering, real estate and luxury vehicle trade sectors; and nine properties, one of which is Santa Teresa di Gallura and the others in Rome, also including a villa with swimming pool and a riding stable.
