An illegal restaurant inside a butcher shop and a dozen customers sitting at the tables , all without any authorization. This is what the NAS in Pula discovered during a check in the food safety sector.

During the inspection, it emerged that, in addition to the retail sale of meat, the premises had been illegally used as a restaurant. In fact, 13 customers were caught inside the business consuming food at the tables , both inside the premises and in an outside area, while the kitchen, located in a space used as a loggia, was fully operational.

The business, advertised on social networks and with flyers, was found to lack the necessary authorizations and had never communicated the start of the catering service to the competent Authority. For this reason, the NAS Carabinieri proceeded with the administrative seizure of the part of the premises intended for the illicit activity and the related equipment.
