Serious fall at the Alghero theater at the end of a show. Tragedy was narrowly avoided again on Friday when a young man fell down the stairs of the historic building, hitting his head and losing consciousness. The medical staff, who intervened promptly, provided first aid and it seems that the man is out of danger. The dangerousness of the structure remains.

The president of the Health Commission, Christian Mulas, who presented a question, denounced it: "This serious accident rekindles attention on the safety of the structure. We cannot forget what happened in 2017, when a 45-year-old woman lost her life due to a similar fall in the same theater. Two episodes a few years apart that cannot be considered simple coincidences", says Mulas.

As president of the Health commission, "I have recently presented a formal question to understand whether the Alghero theater actually meets the minimum safety and accessibility standards required by current legislation. It is our duty to ensure that every citizen can participate in cultural events without putting their safety at risk."
