There are now two complaints in the Touch on the Beach case, the Alghero club where, last August 14, a 23-year-old was hit in the face by a black boy. Now the 21-year-old who, in the videos of the attack that went viral, was held back by a security guard while his friend was punched in the eye, has filed a complaint against both the non-EU citizen and the managers of the business, Federico and Cosimo Salis.
Assisted by the lawyer Filippo Carta, the young man reports in the complaint filed with the police that the first one would have hit him on the back of the head for no reason in the moments following the fight that broke out in the early hours of the morning from which the whole affair arose. The two owners of the Touch then, according to the 21-year-old, contrary to what they reported, would have employed the black boy as a security guard without his having the qualifications.
The latest complaint follows the one filed by the 23-year-old who was injured in the eye socket by the violent gesture, which was also unmotivated because the victim was not involved in the fight that was taking place that night at Touch on the Beach.
