Formally it is an " integration plan " which involves the creation of a holding company with the F2i fund and the Sardinia Foundation . «The completion of the operation is subject to a series of checks, including approval by the competent Ministry of Transport and Antitrust, the favorable opinion of the Court of Auditors, the consent of the Competition Authority and the Mercato (Agcm)", the Chamber of Commerce reports.

And in the meantime, the decision from the Cagliari court on the suspension of the merger between the airports of Olbia and Alghero could arrive in the next few hours .
