A real water bomb, which many swear they have never seen, literally overwhelmed Bosa.

The town is experiencing dramatic hours, with the intensity of the rain remaining constant and very high. Mayor Alfonso Marras , called to govern the first major emergency since he was elected a few months ago, is shaken by what happened. "We are inundated by an amount of water - he says with a shaken voice - of an exceptional and unusual scale, which is causing flooding everywhere, my first concern is obviously for the safety of the people".

"I immediately signed a series of ordinances and until further notice - continues the mayor - we invite the Bosans to possibly not leave their homes and above all not to use their cars".

Marras immediately called the Coc to take stock of the situation and organize the intervention machine: there were numerous floods and various damages, the mayor reported on Facebook. The municipal police, supported by the civil protection, barracelli and firefighters, closed the streets of the center transformed into real rivers .

A dedicated number for the Red Cross has also been set up, which answers at 0785 37 38 18 to collect requests for support and help to citizens in difficulty.

The country has plunged into fear, and the alarm is double considering the thousands of tourists present in this period in the city and in the seaside resorts.
