The writing against the teacher has been covered up. Instead, a letter addressed to Minister Valditara is about to leave. But the first hearing to discuss the case in court has also been scheduled. These are the latest news on the case of the teacher of San Vero Milis suspended for twenty days by the provincial school office after some objections about her work brought by three mothers.
From today, in via Umberto, the writing "A pregai a cresia" addressed to Marisa Francescangeli - who has never denied having children pray at school - has been covered with a dark net. A provisional intervention by the Municipality. But not only. Several parents of children who attend the third and two fourth years of the school have decided to take the field.
These are the classes where Marisa Francescangeli teaches, back in service since last April 17 after twenty days of suspension.
The families have decided to send a letter to the Minister of Education Giuseppe Valditara to give their version of the facts, given that only three mothers have been heard to date.
The signatories of the document have decided to put their children's version on paper. The goal is to make the minister understand that there are different versions of what happened in the classroom.
News also on the legal front: the first hearing has instead been set for 14 June.
Last week the lawyers of the Uil union Elisabetta Mameli and Domenico Naso presented the appeal to the Oristano Labor Court. The cancellation of the suspension was requested but also to hear any witnesses informed on the disputed facts.
