A car crash in Portoscuso, where it goes off the road and overturns, leaves one injured and in critical condition.

A road accident occurred this afternoon in Portoscuso. For reasons yet to be determined, a Renault Clio and a Renault Kangoo MPV collided. The occupants of the MPV fared the worst, as it overturned after the impact, landing on the pavement with its wheels in the air.

The emergency number was immediately called, and the operations center dispatched Sirai and Solki medical personnel to the scene. The medical personnel assisted two occupants of the Kangoo, one of whom was taken to the hospital with critical condition.

The Carbonia firefighters and the Carabinieri were also on site and carried out surveys and ascertained the causes of the accident.
