Provisional closure of five days, a fine of over 8 thousand euros and a complaint for having organized dance evenings, like a discotheque, to be attended by paying a ticket, in a place that is not accessible.

These are the measures taken by the administrative team of the Cagliari State Police and the Quartu Commissariat against the owner of a bathing establishment in Poetto.

During the checks on the coast (in particular the part in the Quartu area) aimed at verifying compliance with the anti-Covid regulations and the repression of the so-called "malamovida", the agents decided to inspect the activity, finding, to the moment of the blitz, a long series of irregularities.

For example, the activities of serving drinks and dancing entertainments were underway inside the restaurant, with the presence of about 400 patrons, without maintaining interpersonal distance. Furthermore, most of the customers were without personal protective equipment.

The agents then found the absence of authorization for dancing entertainment and the lack of usability of the venue. And again: the administration of alcohol in favor of children under the age of 18 and the administration of alcoholic beverages after three in the morning. Finally, the lack of breathalyser and tables showing the symptoms related to alcohol intake.

Therefore, the inevitable fine and complaint were triggered. However, the Municipality of Quartu and the Prefecture of Cagliari were also informed of the violations, which could in turn take measures, tightening the sanctions.
