The government summoned the secretaries of the three confederal unions for Tuesday. Prime Minister Mario Draghi will see the leaders of CGIL CISL and UIL on Tuesday at 5.30 pm at Palazzo Chigi. At the center of the summit was the issue of pension reform.

"We asked the executive for a series of meetings - announced Maurizio Landini - and we were called to talk about pensions. It is an important point, we will see what discussion can be held. At the same time there is the problem of the tax authorities. , the fight against precariousness and new industrial policies and on these issues we will measure the government ".

During the confrontation on 25 October last, the Prime Minister had left the table to the ministers of the Economy, Labor and Public Administration Daniele Franco, Andrea Orlando and Renato Brunetta, after two hours of meeting without reaching any shared agreement. Divisions that have not yet been healed: the unions in fact criticize the executive's intention to return - albeit gradually - to the Fornero law, reject the hypotheses of Quota 102 and 104 and ask for greater flexibility to exit the world of work, threatening general strike.

It is not excluded that during the meeting other issues related to the maneuver will also be addressed, such as citizenship income and tax reform .
