A 61-year-old woman was found dead and stabbed in an apartment in Cologno Monzese (Milan).

At home with the victim, who was born in Spain, were her three children: a 28-year-old boy and 24-year-old twins.

The carabinieri, who intervened on the spot at the request of the neighbors who heard the woman's screams, found the lifeless body with stab wounds. The body was in the bedroom, the victim was stabbed in the sternum and abdomen.

The three children will be questioned by the investigators at the end of the surveys by the military of the Milan Investigative Unit and the coroner, coordinated by the Monza Prosecutor's Office.
