These are the accusations made against a general practitioner of Ascoli Piceno, with an agreement with the Asur, arrested by the carabinieri of the provincial command of Ascoli Piceno on the orders of the investigating judge for forgery and embezzlement in public deed. Pre-trial detention was ordered for him in prison.

On the other hand, one of the 73 people who obtained the Green pass considered false was under house arrest.

All 73 green certificates were seized: cell phones and other material were also seized from the interested parties which, for the Ascoli Prosecutor's Office, are useful for reconstructing the exact boundaries of the affair.
