Manslaughter and failure to supervise. These are the crimes that the Naples Prosecutor's Office is supposing against the couple who live in the apartment from which last Sunday the statuette fell, fatally injuring thirty-year-old tourist from Padua Chiara Jaconis.

An act due in view of the autopsy that should be performed immediately after the notification of the notices. Yesterday, in the meantime, the State Police acquired a video that portrays the tragedy, apparently the result of a domestic accident.

The couple, who have repeatedly denied that the fallen object is their property, have two children and it is believed that one of them dropped the figurine.

The figurine shattered on the balcony below where some fragments were found and seized. The balcony also showed signs of the impact. The remaining pieces were found and collected on the street, in the immediate vicinity of where Jaconis collapsed.
