The Anti-Crime Division of the Monza and Brianza Police Headquarters executed the special surveillance decree ordered by the Court of Milan against the twenty-five-year-old rapper from Monza "Mr. Rizzus" who, among other things, had threatened on social media to "cut his throat " to Vittorio Brumotti, and to wait for him "to throw him a party".

He had also threatened to attack his girlfriend, waiting for the couple in the streets of Monza. This is for a 2019 report in which the TV presenter denounced drug dealing in the city center of the Brianza capital. Also in 2019, the fury against the family of Valerio Staffelli had begun which led the daughter of the correspondent of Striscia la Notizia and the journalist himself to file a series of lawsuits for defamation and persecutory acts.

The provision was issued on a proposal last June by the Monza police chief Marco Odorisio, after examining the criminal conduct of the young resident of Villasanta (Monza and Brianza), former leader of a trap band, "Gang" 20900" (or "Sacra Corona Ferrea"), made up of young boys from the Brianza area, some with criminal and police records, who with their videos and songs praise acts of delinquency and drug use, mock the forces of order and the institutions, defame and threaten people through the use of social channels.

"Mr. Rizzus" has been responsible, since he was a minor, for crimes against the person (robbery and personal injury), defamation and persecutory acts against his ex-girlfriend which had cost him nine months in prison.

He had also become the protagonist, the investigators explain, with a member of his Trap group "Gang 20900", of a robbery of a foreigner, hit with a belt and with kicks and punches that caused him to break his femur with 40 days of prognosis. For this he was sentenced to 2 years and 4 months in prison. He continued, despite the convictions, to be portrayed on social media in videos in which he handles firearms or uses drugs.
