"Passive resistance" is also punished, for this reason it has been renamed the "anti-Ghandi" law. The same restrictions also apply to migrants in detention and repatriation centers. The aggravating circumstance of the crime of incitement to disobey in prison is introduced.
Demonstrations - More severe penalties for those who cause damage during demonstrations with violence or threats. Prison from 1 year and 6 months to 5 years, fine up to 15 thousand euros.
Urban Daspo - The Police Chief can prohibit access to areas such as stations to those who have been reported or convicted, even with a first-degree sentence, in the previous 5 years. The scope of application of the deferred arrest in flagrante provided for the crime of personal injury to a public official on duty is extended, also to cases in which the act is committed during demonstrations.
Protections for agents - Public safety agents will be able to carry certain types of weapons without a license even when they are not on duty. And they will be paid upfront legal costs of up to 10 thousand euros, for each phase of the trial, for acts performed on duty. They will be able to wear a 'bodycam'. The crime of causing personal injury to a police officer or agent in the performance of their duties is introduced.

Roadblocks - Those who organize sit-ins along railway tracks, roads and highways, preventing the circulation of vehicles or people, risk prison from 6 months to 2 years if the blockade is committed by more than one person. The administrative sanction becomes a criminal offence.
No Ponte and No Tav – Violence or threats against a public official committed to prevent "the construction of a public work or strategic infrastructure" becomes an aggravating factor and the penalties can increase by up to a third.
Citizenship - The term for revoking citizenship in the case of serious crimes such as terrorism is extended from 3 to 10 years from the moment of final conviction. However, revocation cannot be carried out if the person concerned does not possess or cannot acquire another citizenship.
Terrorist material - Anyone who obtains or possesses instructions for committing acts of terrorism and disseminates instructions on the preparation and use of explosive or toxic substances for the purpose of committing crimes against the State risks prison time of 2 to 6 years.
