He drove around in a Lamborghini Aventador worth over 300 thousand euros. Too bad that, according to what was ascertained by the Financial Police, the super car, as well as his other assets, could have been afforded by defrauding the tax authorities.

The discovery was made by the Fiamme Gialle of Milan, during investigations against the administrator of a cooperative in the transport sector, who was arrested and taken to prison for tax crimes for which he was responsible.

In particular, the financiers, directed by the Monza Prosecutor's Office, ascertained that the man had presented over 330 thousand euros of "research and development" costs which had never actually been incurred, with the aim of not paying tax withholdings, social security contributions and taxes locals. In this way it would have reduced, and in some cases eliminated, debts towards the treasury.

After discovering the ruse, the Finance Police also triggered, in addition to the handcuffs, a series of seizures, including that of the Lamborghini.
