Italy risks paralysis on Friday, November 29. From factories to schools, from healthcare to post offices, from commerce to state employees to justice: the strike proclaimed by Cgil and Uil against the Meloni government's maneuver will involve all sectors, public and private .
The general strike is for 8 hours or for the entire shift for private workers (including metalworkers, construction workers, agricultural workers, chemical workers) and for public employees .
For passenger transport, with the order signed by Salvini, it is reduced to 4 hours for local public transport, air and sea. The stop for planes will be from 10 to 14, for buses, metro, trams, ships and ferries from 9 to 13. Taxis are at risk for the entire day, while trains will not stop , rail transport and freight transport by rail is in fact excluded from the general strike.
