Attempted feminicide in Trieste on the evening of 8 March.
A 45-year-old woman of Bosnian origin was returning home when she was attacked by her ex-partner , a Kosovar citizen, who stabbed her in the back with a switchblade.
The man then fled and handed himself over to the police.
The 45-year-old, after the alarm, was instead hospitalized in Cattinara hospital.
His conditions are serious, but his life is not in danger.
