Shock at sea between Abruzzo and Marche: magnitude 4.1. Trains blocked

Earthquake between Marche and Abruzzo.

According to the first estimates of the Ingv, it would have occurred at 13.18, with a magnitude of 4.1 and with an epicenter in the Adriatic Sea in front of the Marche coast, in the province of Ascoli Piceno .

The quake was felt by many people, especially on the upper floors of buildings.

According to what was reported by the Civil Protection Department, no injuries or damage were recorded .

As a precaution, however, rail traffic on the Ancona-Pescara line has been suspended in the section between Pedaso and Porto San Giorgio: this was announced by Trenitalia, specifying that a check by the technicians is in progress.
