She falls under the inflatable in the pool, they bring her back to the surface when it's too late: 7-year-old girl dead

She was on the inflatables in the pool when she suddenly fell under the water, right under one of the inflatables. And there she would have remained for a few minutes, in the main tank of the Battuda plant, in the Pavia area, before a lifeguard found her and brought her back to the surface, now unconscious.

Rescued, she was rushed to the intensive care unit of the San Matteo Polyclinic in Pavia: the doctors tried to save her in every way, but her conditions were desperate and the little girl died.

The victim is a 7-year-old girl residing in Rozzano, in the Milanese area.

In addition to the 118 operators, the carabinieri also intervened on the spot, who started the investigations to clarify the dramatic episode. They also acquired the video surveillance cameras. Among other things, it will also have to be established whether the child ended up underwater due to an illness or for other causes.
