Rudy Guede may soon be a free man

Rudy Guede could be free very soon. There is waiting for the decision of the surveillance magistrate on the request of the only convicted for the murder of Meredith Kercher.
Guede asked for a further 45 days of confrontation on the end of the sentence, currently scheduled for January 4, 2022. If the request were to be accepted, he would be immediately free because the term would be brought forward to November 20, as confirmed by his lawyer Fabrizio Ballarini.
Rudy Guede is currently entrusted to social services, he has already obtained 1,100 days of punishment on the 16 years of imprisonment that were inflicted on him with the abbreviated rite.
