Sexual violence, in broad daylight, on a regional train passing through Milan in the direction of Treviglio, in the province of Bergamo.

The victim was a 21-year-old girl: after her complaint, on April 5 , the State Police announced that they had arrested the alleged rapist, a 36-year-old of Egyptian nationality legally in Italy.

The man, according to the allegations, first gave her the information she asked for, and then suddenly attacked her . Eventually the victim managed to react by making him run away.

"He grabbed me and pulled me towards him forcing me to lie down on the seats, in a second he immobilized me, squeezed between the window and a seat," said the young woman.
