THE DYNAMICS - What happened in the afternoon of November 15, 2021, around 5.10 pm, was reconstructed in detail by the carabinieri thanks to the images of the video surveillance system: the 51 -year-old, who declared that he had not noticed anything until after the event, along via Scalette, part of the Provinciale 29, just outside the center of Caprino, with his BMW X5 he did not stop at the pedestrian crossing "running over with the front left part of his car Francesca Mannu", committed to crossing the road regularly on the Stripes.
