Man stabbed to death, 19-year-old daughter arrested

A 50-year-old man was stabbed to death at the height of a family argument in Nizza Monferrato, in the Asti area .
The daughter, a 19-year-old girl, was arrested this morning for the crime, which occurred yesterday.
The young woman was taken to a protected facility, where she will remain awaiting the validation hearing.
The victim is Akhyad Sulaev , a non-EU citizen who immigrated to Italy a few years ago with his wife and four children, the eldest being the suspect in the murder. When rescuers arrived at the house in Nizza Monferrato, the man was still alive, but he died shortly after despite attempts to resuscitate him.
The episode, according to what was ascertained by the Carabinieri of Canelli's company who are investigating coordinated by the Alessandria Prosecutor's Office, would have occurred at the height of a heated argument in the family home .
