The defense of Alessandro Impagnatiello , on trial for the murder of Giulia Tramontano who is eight months pregnant, accuses the lover of the thirty-year-old barman , who testified in the courtroom yesterday revealing all the man's deceptions.

«Despite knowing he was the lover for about a month, he decided to collect the evidence and then have this confrontation with Giulia. She played a role in the affair and certainly the meeting with Giulia was the spark of everything, because if there hadn't been that confrontation we wouldn't be here today ."

Giulia Geradini, Impagnatiello's lawyer , told reporters this about the 23-year-old who testified in the murder trial.

On May 20, the lawyer added, she "was absolutely aware of Alessandro's double life, among other things he would have left shortly thereafter and the premeditation accused of my client would have made no sense, since Impagnatiello's problem would have disappeared " .
