A family quarrel that degenerated into murder.
This is the scenario being investigated by the carabinieri in Palagonia, in the province of Catania .
The victim is a 43-year-old man, killed by his 24-year-old nephew, during an altercation that broke out on the night between Thursday and Friday.
According to an initial reconstruction of the incident, the 43-year-old - in excitement - would have held a gun, the young man would have tried to disarm him and two shots would have been fired, which reached his uncle without giving him a chance.
After the alarm, the military stopped the young man, starting investigations to reconstruct all the outlines of the story.
The investigation is coordinated by the Caltagirone Public Prosecutor's Office.
