In his confession, Davide Fontana - the 43-year-old Milanese bank employee arrested on charges of killing and tearing up Carol Maltesi, whose body was found in Borno, Brescia - said that the 26-year-old's death came in consequence of an erotic game gone wrong. After the hammer crime, he hid the body in a freezer where it remained for two months.

Carol, aka Charlotte Angie, who became a hardcore actress even though she wanted to leave her career for the sake of her 6-year-old son, disappeared in mid-January. No one had heard anything about her since. When the photos released by the investigators began to circulate following the discovery of the remains of a young woman with the characteristic of numerous and particular tattoos, the first reports arrived: many people remembered those details having seen them on the girl's social profiles. She had been killed in Rescaldina (Milan) by Fontana, the neighbor, who disfigured her face, cut her to pieces with a shears and tried to dissect some of the tattoos. After the passage in the freezer, he threw the bags in Vallecamonica.

During the interrogation he explained that he had purposely bought the freezer to contain the corpse and that he had placed it in the victim's apartment which is on the same landing as him. No one, he said, would ever look for the woman in eight weeks. "In two months only the mother with some Whatsapp messages and the former partner always with messages. No one on the phone" confirmed the 43-year-old in front of the Brescia prosecutor. He was the one to answer the messages anyway, he used Carol's cell phone pretending to be her.
