« InpsServizi SPA (INPS In-House Company) recently suffered a ransomware-type cyber attack that led to the blocking of some servers , making some management applications and the data provided to its customers temporarily unavailable». This is what we read in a note from INPS in which it is specified that « the incident was promptly reported to all the competent authorities ».

"Currently, thorough investigations are underway ," the note specifies. "It is important to reassure citizens that the Contact Center, the main assistance service, was not affected by the attack and remains operational."

“Ongoing actions are focused on restoring the compromised infrastructure in a timely and safe manner,” the conclusion.
