Traces of blood were found in the garden and in the villa of Barbara Pasetti, the 40-year-old physiotherapist from Calignano who ended up in prison for attempted extortion as part of the investigation into the murder of Gigi Bici.

The blood material will be examined by the experts, as well as the vitreous powder found on the fragment of bullet found by the police during the search on January 20, the day on which Pasetti - who is also under investigation for murder and concealment of a corpse - was arrested. Glassy dust which, it is hypothesized, could be that of the glass of Luigi Criscuolo's car, found shattered.

Experts are also examining the gun found in the house (an old small-caliber weapon, compatible with the wound to the right temple caused by the shot that killed Criscuolo), the bullets contained in a bag, the video surveillance cameras of the villa, the mobile phone by Barbara Pasetti, the leaves under which the man's corpse was found and the blood stains found on Gigi Bici's car.

Criscuolo, 60, had been missing from home on Monday 8 November, the day he was killed according to the autopsy. His body was found on the afternoon of December 20 in a field in Calignano, near Pasetti's home.
