The juvenile court of L'Aquila has decided to remove the mother of the "forest children" from the foster home where she was allowed to live with the children. The court itself has ordered separation from the children . This was confirmed by the family's lawyer, Marco Femminella, before entering the foster home for the psychological evaluation ordered on the children.

"There's a court order," Fiammella explains, "that's so sensitive that it decided to separate the children and their mother."

A decision "that terrifies us": these are the words of Marina Aiello, one of the psychologists who make up the team of experts for the "Bosco Family," which has been at the center of national news for months, commenting on the decision of the juvenile court in L'Aquila. "I haven't spoken to the parents yet," Aiello said, "but I hope I can, that's my hope. This is an upheaval that has led to an escalation of enormous and absurd gravity."

For her part, Marina Terragni, the Ombudsman for Children and Adolescents, expressed her "opposition" to the transfer of children without their mother and asked that the decision "be suspended" pending "further independent medical investigation."
